Hormones, schedules, new levels of inactivity, a blocked supply chain.... does all of this add up to GOOD health or BAD health?
If you cannot get the right food to supply your nutrient needs.... if you cannot get the proper level of activity to keep your blood flowing as it should.... if your schedule now amplifies your stress instead of relieves it.... would all of this add up to a beneficial result or a detrimental result for you?
The answer, of course, is obvious.
For this, I want to hear from YOU about which problem or problems are now in your life that are obstacles to you achieving great health.
Whether it's not sleeping well or not eating well or a new level of depression or many other issues that We The People are dealing with, what is your new devil that you're fighting?
Let me know about it and we will all tackle these issues together.
We MUST make certain adjustments, it's true. But maybe those adjustments are not what we're being told.....
